Carry On Cutie beat home Fashions Afield, meaning that we got the quinella but just missed with out $5 on Fashions Afield.

Our Egyptian Raine could only manage third, but we still pick up our place dividend for a small profit.

Queen Elizabeth Stakes
Grand Armee saluted as expected, but the trifecta just missed thanks to Delzao spoiling the show.

Sydney Cup
Pantani did not fire a shot, and we lost our quinella on protest (thanks very much Raymond Dye).
