Sandown Wednesday
R1, no.4: Swish Trish.
Still a maiden but formlines behind some nice horses, such as Expensively, Pinezero, and Jestawinna.
R3, no.4: We're Unaware
Becoming costly but has been running consistently and doesn't meet much here. Nikolic on.
R4, no.6: Holly Go Lightly
Hayes runner who is more of a staying type but can go well fresh here. Form behind nice filly Astronomia and Geelong Classic winner Gallant Guru.
R7, no.4: Nothin' Like Mary
Improving mare from Vasil stable who won nicely last start at Flemington. In with only 51.5 Kg after the claim for Maloney.

Saturday Night Dog Tips
It's a very hard night at Wentworth Park, so we will have a go at Canberra & Cannington again.
Back from holidays in Fiji and need some cash to put in the bank for my Bowls trip to New Zealand in six weeks, so here we go.
Canberra
Race 6 No 2 Cracker Night, is the fastest dog in the race.
Cannington
Race 4 No 4 Phylis Diller, just has to stay out of trouble.
Race 5 No 4 Awsome Bruce, another one that finds trouble in his races but is due to get up at a good price.
Race 6 No 4 Kid Sloy, gets his chance to win again in this race.
Race 10 No 6 Mr Royale, his form is dreadful but he is well boxed in this race.
All of our selections should be good Each Way Value.
Good Luck and Good Punting

Results Friday
Went close in All our tips today 1 winner 2 seconds and an unplaced which i think should have just about won.
The winner was Northern danjero which won as favorite at Bendigo the 2nds were Trammel at Moonee valley who only seemed to get going in the last bit finished hard but winner had too much of a break. The other was Atomic fallout who was beaten a short half head at reasonable odds.
The unplaced one was Quick comment who was a funny run as seemed to be gone around the back then driver got into him and grabbed the bit and came home well for 4th.The 4 who i said was the one to beat did win.

Saturday tips Ballarat and Newcastle
Newcastle have only the one and it is for the forgiving as this horse let us down a couple weeks ago at a short price.
6/8 Sneakon over. Has a bit of ability and can make amends here.
Ballarat.
Ballarat pacing cup night and as a consequence most races are metro fronts so dont tip on them but we do have at tip.
9/1 Marty mcfly first up here as was a late scratching last week did trial well at Geelong prior to that and good chance.

Results Thursday
A winner and an unplaced was yesterdays results.
The winner came from Ararat where Magic jacka won a race weakened by scratchings due to the bushfires in the area. Was pretty confident it would have won anyway but the scratchings diminished the price.
Nippon too was unplaced but missed the race so cant comment.

Moonee valley and Bendigo
Dont usually tip at the valley but is a country front meeting so will put these up.
2/5 Trammel 2yo having first start has been a glut of 2yos qualifying in this system but this one did last week at Kilmore.
4/9 Quick comment Deathseated in heat at Geelong and just beaten. The horse that beat it number 4 is one to beat again but with any sort of luck can turn the tables here but does need luck from second row.
Bendigo
1/6 Atomic fallout nice win first up fitter now and go close.
5/5 Northern danjaro. Good run at the valley and fitter now go close in this.

Australia Day races...
Wednesday night was quite good, tipped five from eleven (couple of scratchings). Canterbury was the most biased track you will probably ever see in your life.
Anyway, it's awfully late, so I'll just quickly put in my selections for tomorrow.
Sandown
R1, no.4: Lula
R2: 2YO race. All I can advise is to watch betting moves.
R3: As above.
R4, no.1: Domesday
R5, no.2: Doubting
R7, no.10: Rare Poppi (but go Karasi!)
R8: No tip.
Randwick:
R2: Old Mystique
Nothing else.
Good luck.

Results Wednesday
Cannyopera went very close just beaten in photo got to the front but hard run took its toll and the 1 kicked got clear again to win in by the narrowest margin. The 7 finished 3rd so the horses i suggested filled the placings.
Son of khan. Was slow away and got up on the inside then raced roughly and finished last maybe give one more chance.

Thursday tips Ararat and Tamworth
Have one at both venues and both should be very competive.
Ararat.
8/2 Magic jacka Proving very costly as has been well backed at both starts this time in is down in class here and should get lead and fitter now go very close.
Tamworth.
9/5 Nippon too. Deathseated when won before christmas has trialed well since and good chance although the 3 has winning Harold park form

Wednesday 25/1
Been away a little but looking forward to getting back into the tipping action, the highlight being the G2 Carlyon Stakes.
Geelong
R6, no.12: Wenceslas Square
George Hanlon has finally worked out this horse who went for 23 starts without a win. Has since won two in a row, and ready to go right on with it here.
R8, no.6: Convention
Magnificently bred, by outstanding sire Zabeel out of Golden Slipper winner Merlene. Only one problem with this horse - he is a psycho. Nevertheless, Danny Nikolic is a jockey who should be able to restrain him and get the most out of him. If so, will run well. Main danger is Lee Freedman trained Pinsemtoit who won a maiden at Moonee Valley in October and has since been spelled.
Canterbury (Night)
Race 2, no.4: Snowden. Class above this lot. Will be fairly short.
Race 3, no.2: Jerusha. Been racing consistently and has a good opportunity to break through here. Weak field.
Race 4: Maiden, so hard to be confident about anything. If I have to go with one, Heart Strings would be it, as it has been beaten by some fairly smart horses. Shouts is a half sister to G1 winner Yell.
Race 5, no.1: De Rigueur. Has been winning pretty well in the bush, and meets an ordinary lot here. In on the limit after claim. Won races at Newcastle and Kembla Grange, form lines which usually stand up well.
Race 6, no.4: Element. Lost on protest (wrongly in my view) last start. 'Winner' in a field of maidens. May be unders though. Look for about $4.
R7, no.5: Solomon's Seal. Hit line hard in Class 6 over 1000m. Gets a little further here, down in class, Beadman on. Best bet in Sydney.
Moonee Valley (night)
R1, no.1: Blizzardly
Formerly trained by Gai and now in the capable hands of David Hayes. Should be too classy here - Predestined for the quinella.
R2: Really open race with a number of chances. I honestly don't know.
R3, no.7: New Kid In Town
Another maiden - not a whole lot to go on, so I will stick with Lee Freedman and Noel Callow.
R4, no.4: Lula
Won Class 6 in metro class before going back down to contest Class 4 at Werribee - carrying 60 Kg. Had a nice freshen since then and with six kilos less is an excellent chance.
R5, no.8: Virage De Fortune
Let's be clear, there are three possible chances - Virage De Fortune, Spark of Life, and California Dane.
Spark of Life: Had excuses at Sandown defeat. Back to Moonee Valley, which he loves, having won two G1's here. Would prefer him with sting out of ground, but $6 on fixed odds is definitely overs.
California Dane: Boom summer horse. Has won three races at the Valley - all by three or four lengths. Broke track record last start - but don't get carried away - Landloper broke the Sandown 1600m track record last start. Massive talent, but taking $1.70 on him is silly business.
Virage De Fortune: I love this filly. Just love her. Has done more than California Dane, just has less sex appeal. Should sit outside Spark of Life, kick away at the turn, and try as California Dane might, he won't quite catch her.
Race 6. Can't say, extremely open race.
R7, no.5: Fordabool
Should be at good odds ($10 or so) and is worth a nice each way bet. Run behind You Sexy Boy here last start was good.
R8, no.2: Myalansky
Form lines behind Maxerelle and Sorenstam look good for this. Trapped wide when beaten just over a length in $40K race last start at Warrnambool.
Hope we have found a couple of winners there.

Wednesday Marybourgh and Echuca
Another quiet day but we have one at each venue.
Marybourgh.
4/11 Cannyopera. Has only had the one start and won was then spelled has had a couple trials and qualified for system last sunday at Bendigo. This is a good field 1 and the 7 are quite smart, but do think Cannyopera will go close.
Echuca
3/8 Son of khan. 6yo making debut usualy find horses this age who havent raced have ability.Did win a trial at Kilmore and has been placed in another so resoect on debut.

8/10 marty mcfly is first up and did win at first start in race
CHARLTON
4/5 Dux Started favorite at Moonee valley and had no luck this easier so good chance. In the same race we have 9 Recktrik who led all the way for us last start could prove to be the danger

Saturday tips
Not much today as we dont do the valley so only Newcastle and one at Albion park.
Newcastle We have 2 in the one race and one is a first starter so must tread with care.
8/6 Lively exit Has had 3 starts for 2 4ths and and a last has trialed since winning one in good time on Wednesday night may improve here.
8/9 Caitlyn belle. First starter who won a trial here a week ago in fairly quick time so bears watching first up
I probably favor the 6 but will have something each way both of them
Albion Park.
9/2 Imasly went around on Wednesday for 2nd another good run is drawn to lead here and may take catching the 8 and 9 are quite smart.

Follow up on Newcastle Thursday
Just letting people know that Tintern will is going around again on Saturday night at Newcastle in race 4/7.This may explain the drive yesterday when it seemed to me that driver was giving it as soft as run as possible. Maybe worth a $1 each way as does have some ability.

Only the one today at Stawell and i do have my doubts about the trial form from Ararat so tread warily.
4/1 Storm fire. Has a good record only lightly raced 5 starts for 3 wins and was favorite at first start in a race.Is resuming here and can get away quickly the 4 and the 6 both also look to be smart.Back the one each way and perhaps quinellas and Trifectas with theothers will be the way to go.
Cheers good punting

A winner at Ballarat that i liked a second and two fourths at Kilmore and unplaced at Harold park was the story of our day and night.
At Ballarat Recktrick jumped to the front and gave nothing else a chance good win paid ok to.
Harold park Freddy corday jumped in class and led but was under pressure a fair way out and dropped out may need a freshen this horse.
Kilmore. Copyright ran a huge race deathseated and still there at finish finished 4th.
The quiet village got too far back sat 3 back on the outside finished hard down the outside but had given the winner to much start.
Gringotts also finished fourth all we have to do is find a tote that pays 4th and we will be in the money.

Saturday 14/1
Most interested centered around the Magic Millions races on the Gold Coast...
First thing that has to be mentioned is the tight nature of the Gold Coast track - very few runners can win from outside the first half dozen barriers, certainly over 1000-1200.
For a map of the track click here: http://www.ozeform.com/site/racing_info/trackMapsResults.aspx?trackName=Gold%20Coast&State=QLD
However, when there is a 2YO who is simply a class above their rivals, they are very difficult to beat anyway.
In the 2YO race, I think Pulsator can win. Last start his saddle slipped - which makes it pretty much impossible to win, as the weight is carried on the neck, not the back. His win in the Strawberry Hill Slipper was the best individual 2YO performance I have seen this year outside I Got Chills. By Show A Heart, who swam, so should be able to handle wet ground.
However, he is not my recommended bet.
I would be backing Super Savings for the place. Winning on debut in September, he came to Melbourne and was flattened at the start in the Maribyrnong before finishing well to finish 5th. In the Strawberry Hill he was disappointing, but I think he is better than that. From barrier five, is a good place bet at about $3-$4.
In the 3YO Fashions Afield will win. I hope you got that $2.40 while it lasted.
R1 - MM Maiden Plate.
Ordinary provincial maiden, except it is worth 100K. If you must have a bet, back Rasmussen the first emergency. Beaten a lip at first start at Eagle Farm and freshened for this. Trained by Gillian Heinrich, who we will come back to later.
R2 - If the track is slow or worse (quite possible), lay Raelene.
R3 - "Stayers" Cup. An 1800m race is not a stayers race. Back Grand Lover the place - shocking field. Havana Wind should be too strong for them - but if it's wet, well. Spinning World's aren't known to appreciate moisture.
R4 - I will say nothing but this. I hope none of my readers would have such contempt for their money that they would back Little Chloe. Ever. In 19 starts, has started longer than 10-1 on three occasions. She has won the grand total of 1 race. Eventually you would think people would get the message that she isn't any good.
R5 - 3YO Magic Millions. As above.
R6 - Cool Front is a good honest horse and from barrier two will be very hard to beat. $4.40 on TAB Fixed Odds isn't a bad price.
R7 - 2YO Magic Millions. As above.
R8 - All Bar One. When he's good, he's great, when he's bad, he's awful. Over the 1000m here he will be very hard to catch. Bold front runner, so if there is a speed battle he could get in trouble. That said, does any other horse in the race look like they could beat a genuine group horse in Strikeline by 6 lengths, entirely on her merits (I know, I was on her).
Sandown
Pretty disappointing card with only 58 acceptors for the 8 races. Only one really worth backing.
R7, no.2: Leveller
Ryan cost her the race last week by conceding the lead to Expensively. Gets 1.5 Kg on her for being beaten a tick over a length. Nikolic on. Should be hitting peak fitness third run in.
Best of luck punters.

Thursday Night Results/Friday Night Tips
Once again our dogs had no luck, Sanzzero was going to win by a big space on the home bend but got "decked" and All Style, well I think he is a "gunna" ran his usual honest race for third place.
Had a good look at tonights meetings and I think Mandura in W.A. is the place to have at bet so here goes;
Race 5 No 7 Winsome Pride, up in grade but racing extra well.
Race 6 No 6 Magic Nimbus, should be good odds, forget his last couple of starts, well graded this race.
Race 7 No 2 Just Sincere, well boxed and the kennel is going well.
Race 8 No 2 Harry Reltub, this should be his race.
Race 9 No 3 Dosnell, should win by a space.
Good Punting

4/5 Copyright. Place perhaps would have to improve and is hard to see beating the 7
5/6 The quiet vilage is the one to beat here.

Well we got a second. Drumsticks was too slow out of the boxes and 7 behind the leader before he started to make a move. Only lost by 2 lengths in the end.

Monday has approx 80 races for the dogs and out of all of these I have only been able to find one good tip.
Wentworth Park Race 8 / 3 Drumsticks - I find it good to go with this dog as he is running well. He has the best box time, is up against inconsistent performers and should get away quicker than both dogs beside him. He last race was also his best performance yet. I doubt he could improve much more but if he holds these times he should be a conistent winner. Only query is that he will start in the center of the pack as his previous wins were in wider alleys.
Extra Bets ( Not counted in results but worth a shot if you like to gamble)
Albion Park Race 4 / 1 Gozo Monique
Richmond Race 7 / 1 I'm Nick
Richmond Race 8 / 1 True Fear
Richmond Race 10/ 2 Awesome Creation

Pauls Results
Well our only tip tonight got checked 3 times on the way around and still managed to only lose by a nose. It was unlucky in that it almost had the winner around the final bend but was squeezed against the barrier and had to fall behind and made a final dash at the line. Definately one to watch in the future.
Our other gambling extra tips failed to get to $4 but we had 1 winner and 1 loser.
Results are looking ok at this stage with a healthy strike rate(72%) and both place and win results showing a profit(26%).
There are no tips for Sunday at Sale as the races are just a touch too close to find any "sure" bets.
Good Luck.

Saturday 7/1
Anna's Choice was super, and I hope you took that $4.80! Got in to $2.90 on the tote by the time they jumped.
Petit Verdot was insipid, while Rare Poppi missed the start and ran well to come 5th, beaten just over a length.
Miss Finland lived up to her pedigree.
As for today, another couple:
Sandown R3, no.3: Bella Jinsky
Good first up record, likes the track, Noel on. Meets a field of cats here - to put that in context, Lucky Diva got 56Kg for a race at Ballarat yesterday, she got 59 Kg here.
R5, no.2: Spark of Life
Will be winning.
R7, no.5: Kepola
Front runner who has gone well at last two starts in midweek company. Loves the track and comes in very well after the claim.
Rosehill
R8, no.1: Snowden
Very promising galloper in the making. Trialled nicely, and although badly off at the weights and drawn wide, has the class to overcome that.

Pauls Results and Tips .....
Well another 2 from 2 gives us a nice little profit for the day. Our first dog Fancy Nat is one to keep an eye on. It came from second last to storm home and win. Herr Flex won easily from box 1 and we got a small return for it.
For those interested our extra gambling tips all opened too short but we had 2 winners and a secodn from the 3 tips. You would have ended up in front had you put it on the nose for all of the them.
Only 1 tip tonight
Saturdays Tips :
Wentworth Park Race 7 / 7 HISTORY UNFOLDED - young dog with only 4 starts. Up against some good competition but should be the better dog which has run some sensational times.
Other hopefuls which just missed out being tips:
JINDERRA FLAME <- Wentworth Park Race 1
WINCHESTER <-Wentworth Park Race 9
Again these 2 won't be part of the results and you should only take them at good odds.

One winner and a second last night ($2.10 & $1.50, $1.60).
Wentworth Park
Race 7 No 6 Warabrook Girl e/w, very honest and will give you a run for your money.
Cannington W.A.
I think that we can get some of our losses back here tonight.
Race 2 No 5 Danni Reltub e/w, just needs to stay out of trouble.
Race 3 No 7 Harry Reltub e/w, as above.
Race 4 No 2 Awesome Bruce e/w, well boxed, rails hard and should miss the trouble on the first turn.
Race 7 No 6 Ronray Dancer to win, we got the result with here last time and she should keep on improving.
Race 8 No 7 Samrakan e/w, the only other hopes in this race are the 1,3,& 6. Box all in the exotics and you should clean up.
Race 10 No 2 Hesketh to win, another ex interstater who has found his form.

A mixed bag of results did well at the Valley where we dont usually tip our bubble burst at the Gold coast and one of out favorites let us down all in all a light losing day.
Moonee Valley
Trebla trebla Led all the way for easy win, was well backed.
Dux Unplaced got pushed back on fence and didnt get a real look at them
Valued opinion 2nd huge run should have won got too far back and flashed home follow up on this horse.
Ballarat
Urwhatueat. 4th Good run for an outsider and will be fitter for the run.
Prince bonton Dissapointed raced greenly in front and is on last chance to race truly may need a letup or is not as good as i thought.
Gold coast
Peagus Park was unplaced and Bar tickster 3rd probably best to forget the run as race was put back because of rain

Two of our four tips won, the other two ran shockers, so we finished just behind the eight ball.
The Gardens this afternoon.
Race 2 No 4 Best Buddy, is from a strong betting kennel and is racing well.
Race 8 No 5 Kimmy's Magic, with a clean start should go well.
Richmond Dogs tonight.
Race 3 No 6 Vivid Subject, in good form just needs luck.
Race 6 No 5 Azkabah, this is not a strong race, he just needs to stay out of trouble to find the line.

Friday Tips
Leno disappointing. One paced to line - maybe didn't appreciate the dead going.
Anyway, have a couple for tomorrow at Ballarat.
Race one is for two year old fillies, and I though I would indulge myself by writing a bit about the pedigree of each runner.
1. Gypsy Coupez
By Ne Coupez Pas, a son of the great Nureyev. Disappointment on the track - this is his first Australian crop. Dam has produced two winners from four progeny to race. Is a full sister to 1989 Manifold Stakes winner French Gypsy.
Tim's breeding assessment: 45/100
2. Katmai
This is one to get a bit more excited about! From the family of Klairessa, dam of the great Eight Carat (dam of Octagonal, Mouawad, Kaapstad etc). Grand dam was a black type winner and the dam of two Group One winners, Telesto and Bonanova. The dam is by the outstanding Danehill, and won three races, including two at two. Has produced two runners for two winners (although neither especially good).
Sire Strategic is solid, if not spectacular, achieving a reasonable winners to runners ratio of 59.8%, and has sired a couple of handy 2YO's.
Rating: 80/100
3. Miss Finland
By hot hot hot sire Redoute's Choice. Enough said.
Dam Forest Pearl was unraced, but grand dam Moonshell won Epsom Oaks in England. Her dam produced two other outstanding European performers, Hatha Anna and Doyen.
Rating: 90/100
4. Rossi Bessi
By good sire Red Ransom from Show Her The Money, who has produced handy city performer Medieval Legend.
Rating: 65/100
5. The Girlfriend
By handy sire Spinning World. No black type performers in the first four generations. Dam has produced two winners.
Rating: 50/100
6. The Princess Mary
Sire Forest Glow is not the worst, dam (by Dieu D'or) won a maiden. Happy to leave out.
Rating: 30/100
One who has been lingering in the Black Book for a while is Race 3, no.2 Anna's Choice. Beautifully bred (Redoute's Choice - Miss Kournikova) and won his second start at a Werribee 'metro' meet in the middle of last year. Showed a lot of natural ability, but needed a little bit of time and maturity. Resumes today against an okay lot, and should be very competitive. $4.80 on TAB Fixed Odds is good value.
I am upset by the placement of Lucky Diva in race four. The last thing I would have thought to myself as she was getting run down in the shadows of the post was 'gee, another 100m next time will do the trick'. Could still win as has big class edge, but couldn't have with much confidence.
One in race five who could run a race is number 10, Petit Verdot. Half sister to Amalfi by Carnegie, bred along staying lines so would appreciate more distance so you would think. I observed her in the flesh on debut at Bendigo, and she is a very small filly, and I think the postage stamp might suit her well. Up in class a bit but worth having something on.
One I like at would should be ok odds in the sixth is Rare Poppi. Showed a bit of staying potential last winter, and with a bit more distance should be competitive. Ran on very well last start at Sandown - last 600m in 33.62. Has perfect, one from one, second up record.
Good punting.

Pauls Results and Friday Tips...
Well one from two tips isn't too bad. 50% will hold up with the odds we were getting ($3.80).
FRIDAY
Geelong Race 12/1 HERR FLICK - Won 3 from 3 starts and should make it 4 with the good box draw.
Richmond Race 3/2 FANCY NAT - A good dog against inconsistent performers. Looks hard to beat from this box. Only query is this dog has not run this distance before.
A couple of others if you are a gambling person. These just missed out meeting my criteria due to certain reasons, bad box draw, inconsistant form, not a distance winner, etc. These could be worth a shot at good odds which would be $4.00 or higher. These are NOT my usual tips and won't be counted in any results.
NOVEMBER SAVANNA <-- BULLI RACE 8
GREAT LEE <-- Geelong Race 10
JENSON ALLEN <-- Geelong Race 11
Good Luck.

Ballarat and Gold coast Friday
Gold coast. Hoping to keep our good record going here but a little bit tougher tonight but both do have chances.
2/8 Peagus park. Just caught last start when beaten half head will be fitter but draw against will need a little bit of luck.
7/7 Bar trickster find this a bit harder that Redcliffe but is only lightly raced and is on the improve, again bad draw but each way chance.
Ballarat
Only the 2 and both good chances
1/6 Ur what u eat.Led and galloped when first up fitter and on home track
7/2 Prince bonton. One of my favorite horses on way up will improve from this draw and good chance to lead all the way.

Friday Moonee Valley
Tipping friday at the Valley as it is a country front meeting.
4/4 Trebla trebla. Will be fitter for 2 runs back and was in the market last start when it weakened to finish last.Does have ability and could improve here.
5/1 Dux Also fitter for last run when it was in the market and finished 4th each way chance from draw.
5/10 Valued opinion. Unbeaten from its 2 starts did a bit wrong last start and still won is on the way up and looks hard to beat.

Only the one winner today and that was in Queensland 2 from 2 there so going well.
Gold coast
Lerapace Led all the way and beat the odds on pop tough win
Marybourgh.
Powerful reminder. Unplaced seemed dissapointing in run as was well positioned then driver elected to go forward to the deathseat where it stayed not beaten that far and they ran 1.58 so run not to bad.
Galvin street. Also deathseated after being well in the market.

Dapto Dogs
I think we can get a couple of results tonight.
Race 3 This is a dead set quinella race Mean Marilyn & Corey's Venture. Both dogs are in their best form, Corey's Venture to win.
Race 6 Best Saint boxed to win and should pay to follow.
Race 8 Jai Flex, forget his last two starts this should be his.
Race 9 Smart Libra boxed to win and can run quick times.
Good Luck.

Canterbury tonight...
Interlocutor never a chance with very slow pace up front. Ran on ok.
Just one at Canterbury races tonight, R5, no.3: Leno.
Good run first up at Wyong (in the race Radetzky March went over in) and has great second up record. Nicely weighted, drawn out wide however which is a slight concern. Very good chance.
Another interesting runner is O'Perfect One, in the third. Half sister to Universal Prince by Danehill.

Angle Park Race 7/2 MID CITY MANDY - Nice times and should win this major race.
Sandown Park Race 5/6 SACRED ANGEL - The time this dog ran last start was sensational. It is running from the same box again so I expect a similar time which should easily beat any dog in this race.

Marybourgh.Have a couple here and have chances in both.
1/9 Powerful reminder. Is on its last chance with us went forward from outside draw and galloped when going to the lead .Big track here will help and expect a good run should be a fair price.
3/5 Galvin street . Greenness cost it last start and bigger track should also be of assistance will be in the finish.
Gold coast.

1/1 Lerapce. Has been racing consistently since spell and gets chance to break through here.

Wednesday 4/1
Just one for today.
Werribee, R5, no.2: Interlocutor
Nice run first up and then raced as if looking for more distance behind Loch Gairloch at Kilmore last start. Weighted OK and has Flaherty on. Will probably be quite short - but wouldn't take less than even money.

4/3 Wicker blue. Has been very impressive in last 2 wins which we have been on and should win again.
Charlton
2/2 Hilton Maddonna Hasnt done much at 2 starts back in but this is the best draw it has had and last run was an improvement heavily backed first up so must have ability and today could be its day
Cranbourne
8/5 Akua. Was an ernourmous run at first start finished 3rd but felt it should have won as did plenty wrong will be better for the run and big chance here.

Sorry I have been away during December due to too much Christmas cheer. I will post some tips again this year for the dogs.
So to start off the year here are 2 tips:
Nowra Race 9/1 FOLKLORE - Easily the best dog in the race based on recent form. Will Be Short Odds but should win easily.
Wentworth Park Race 8/7 DRUMSTICKS - This dog loves to win with a record of 10 wins from 19 races. He has won all 3 starts at this distance at the track. He will be short.
Good Luck

January 2/1
Black Tom made for a nice start to the year. Hopefully a couple of winners at Flemington tomorrow.
R4, no.1: El Man Goss
Nice sprinter with perfect first up record will appreciate sting out of ground. Comes in well after claim. Great record at distance.
R5, no.3: Tuareg
Meets field of cats - handy enough on his day. Better for recent racing.
R6, no.14: Vendome
Last start was a top run at Flemington - well back off a slow pace, and pocketed until about the 200m, and then ran on hard to come fifth. Not going to be easy, but at big odds (30-1) worth having a little nibble at.
R7, no. 3: Honalee
Outstanding value at $5.50. Has won at group level before, and very competitive in stronger races over the Spring Carnival. Loves distance, placed from one go at track, and topped off by the successful Mark Kavanagh/Dwayne Dunn combination.
Sydney
R6 no.2: Damigos
Very handy sprinter on his day, with excellent first up record. Goes well at Ranwick and from very smart Gerald Ryan camp. $9 isn't bad value.

Saturday Night Dog Results
Not a bad night two winners $5.00 & $1.70, four seconds, a third and one
unplaced.
Each Way punters would have finished in front.
More dog tips Monday Night.
