Still waiting for motel confirmation but have worked out dates for trip so people can organise there work etc.
27/8/07 Leave Sunshine coast
Overnight Roma motel Cooked buffett breakfast supplied.
28/8/07 Leave for Quilpie camp overnight and attend Kadangadanga doo
29/8/07 Leave for Birdsville arriving mid afternoon
30/8/07 In camp and free day
31/8/07 First day racing boxing tent in action also stalls
01/9/07 Cup day also Ball calcutta
02/9/07 Free day watch every one else leave relaxing day
03/9/07 Leave for home overnight Charleville motel light breakfast supplied
04/9/07 Arrive home on Sunshine coast late afternoon
